MUSHROOMS OF MAGALANG The Barangay that makes up the town of Magalang, Pampanga is abundant with various small agricultural farms. Rice straw paddy, corn stalks and sugar cane bagasse, skin Mungo, nuts, coffee, abaca fiber, dried banana leaves, cotton, wood sawdust and coconut trees, dry leaves of ipil-ipil, kakawate and water lily and other similar waste, it is usually thrown away we see that almost useless or being wasted and thrown to burning pit. Due to the new development of technology in modern times, the farm waste mentioned, is used by greenhouse and or in the production of an edible healthy mushroom. Proven in science research being conducted, all edible mushroom with its elements can fights the feared and deadly disease "Cancer", in addition to protein, vitamin B12 etc.. Proven well in many instances, on different sides of the islands of the Philippines, the germination of mushroom (mushroom culture ) will help contribute to General Security Food Program, it adds jobs and revenue to Philippine masses. In this economic project "THE Mushroom of Magalang" we launched the "Magalang Mushroom Farmville " to generate extra income, to convert our waste farm materials + added more technology + Working Knowledge = Money for the masses of Filipinos and to the world.
